What will you be doing?
In Musgrave, within our IT department we have the Change Management Office (CMO), a new team that provides our organisation with a focal point for governing, structuring and implementing change initiatives. It is an exciting area of the business, overseeing all change initiatives planned and underway and ensuring each is delivered effectively through the application of consistent project management methodology and performance metrics.
The goal of the CMO is to build a holistic view of projects and change, drive consistency and excellence in delivery and reporting, and increase successful project outcomes and adoption.
This role is an excellent opportunity for innovative and motivated people with excellent communication skills and an interest in project management and business analysis to be part of the development of a centre of excellence and part of an evolving team.
In this role you will support the delivery of change in Musgrave, this includes both project and change management support, the creation and maintenance of metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting. It will also include support of the IT portfolio process and engagement with the broader Musgrave change and project management community.
Tasks and responsibilities will include: planning and and co-ordinating activities to manage and implement projects from idea through to final rollout; engaging with stakeholders across the business to define requirements/backlog items; and driving the delivery of consistently high-quality deliverables which meet or exceed targets.
