What will you be doing?
Work with relevant internal colleagues and our technology partners in relation to improving our suite of customer facing digital solutions. Activities will include:
• Working with our IT team to understand our current digital platforms
• Working with colleagues to understand and document business and customer demands
• Supporting resolution of service challenges / issues with our current proposition
• Supporting projects to improve/transform our digital experience
• Identifying ideas/opportunities for using digital to transform any aspect of our business, including in-store processes, eCommerce, logistics, and customer engagement
• Identifying potential IT suppliers to work with in relation to digital solution delivery
• Working with suppliers in relation to solution development and deployment
